Building a strong culture from within

Built is one of Australia’s leading construction, refurbishment and fitout companies.
Their six ‘pillars’ or values, collectively known as ‘Built Worthy,’ are designed to incentivise and motivate employees.
Working with the brand guidelines, a 'Built Worthy' graphic device was suggested for greater consistency across their communications and to help build recognition, and a gritty ‘hard-working’ imagery style was developed that would help differentiate from the main identity.
Two print items — a booklet and poster — were designed and distributed company-wide to offices and construction sites, serving as a daily reminder of how to get the most out of work.
